Terms & Conditions

Please advise of any allergies or intolerances when booking. Please note my kitchen handles ALL allergens, (Gluten, Milk, Eggs, Nuts, Soya, Peanuts, Sesame Seeds, Lupin, Sulphites, Mustard, Fish, Crustaceans, Celery & Molluscs). Due to this I cannot make a 100% free from cake and they are not suitable for those with allergies.

 

A £25 non-refundable deposit is required for celebration cakes to secure booking. Cupcakes, Cakesicles & Small Bakes require full payment on booking if below £25. Remaining balance is due 48 hours before collection.

 

Please feel free to send inspo ideas, however every cake is unique and I will not copy another bakers exact design.

 

Please collect your order at the agreed time. Additional charges may be incurred for late collections.

 

Once the cake has left my premises ‘Sarni’s Cake House’ is no longer responsible, please follow ALL care advice.

 

Please remove all non edible decor before consuming. All large cakes include a central supporting dowel, please remove when cutting.

Care Advice

Carry the cake box from the bottom, supporting the corner edges. Do not squash the sides or top of the box. Keep the box flat at all times.

 

To transport, place the cake box in the passenger footwell or on something non-slip in the boot.

Please ensure the car is cool, use air conditioning. Drive carefully.

 

Once the cake has left my premises ‘Sarni’s Cake House’ is no longer responsible.

 

Keep the cake in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight, ideally in the fridge, especially in the warmer months.

 

Please note all allergens before consuming.

 

Remove all non edibles before consuming.

 

Once cut please store in an air tight container for freshness and consume within 3 days.
